Medical Emergency Response



Medical emergency response:

There can be a person with severe injury , cardiac arrest , shock etc. in a medical emergency and the response of surrounding people toward the suffering one is medical emergency response. And I m going to explain what surrounding people have to do in these situation. There are few common medical emergencies and their urgent medical response are given below:

1.Cardiac arrest


Things we should know about cardiac arrest and CPR application Heart attacks happens when flow of blood is blocked by heart and the person is still breathing or in his senses and just having pain in their left hand or heart then call the ambulance (1020) or take that person to the hospital then their is no need to CPR Cardiac arrest happens when heart is stop beating and can not pump blood throughout the body then death can happen in a few minutes Then CPR is performed. It is compression of heart by another person which helps heart to pumping blood again

2. Severe bleeding


Causes can be injury, accident, or fight In this situation one have to remove clothes over a wound and try to stop the bleeding first, don't remove any piece inserted inside or don't clean tha wound untill it stop bleeding, press firmly with your palm to stop bleeding Steps to stop bleeding are . Direct pressure . Elevation . Use of pressure points 3. Breathing problems and choking

Small items and fragments of food can readily lodge in the throat of young children, as every parent knows. Choking can occur as a result of this, obstructing the airway. Adults and older children are also at risk of choking. A tool used to assist someone who is choking is the Heimlich technique.There are a few things you can do to help someone who is choking. The age, pregnancy state, and weight of the person all influence the tactics used.

The Heimlich manoeuvre is danger. The performer may inadvertently shatter a choking victim's rib(s).

Stand behind the person with one leg forward between the person's legs.

  • For a child, move down to their level and keep your head to one side.

  • Put your arms around the person and locate their belly button.

  • Place the thumb side of one fist against the stomach just above their belly button.

  • Grasp your fist with your other hand and thrust inward and upward into the person's stomach. Use quick, thrusting movements five times or until they expel the item.

  • Continue thrusts until the person expels the object or becomes unresponsive.

  • If the person becomes unresponsive, begin CPR.

  • Seek medical attention as soon as possible.

There are few many more things we must aware about and about their quick response
